About

An extinct volcanic hill rising straight out of the northwest of the city, with marked trails that climb through dry tropical forest to a summit view over the whole Aburra Valley. Indigenous burial sites found on the hill are protected and explained on interpretive signage along the main path. It is steeper than it looks from the road, worn shoes and an early start beat the midday sun.
