One of the first specialty coffee shops to take Antioquia's own beans seriously rather than exporting the best of the harvest and serving instant at home, Pergamino roasts on site and trains baristas who can talk through origin and process without sounding rehearsed. The Provenza location gets busy with a laptop crowd by mid morning, but turnover is fast enough that a table always opens. It is a useful stop between Parque Lleras nightlife the night before and whatever the day actually requires.
